Brees has been out for 4 weeks, suffering from broken ribs and a collapsed lung. Since then, the Saints have gone 3-1 under QB Taysom Hill. The 12-1, AFC-leading Chiefs boast the league’s best record and are the toughest opponents the Saints have on their remaining schedule.
