According to Sgt. Stephen Wheeles of the Indiana State Police, a driver threw a dirty diaper out of the window, ultimately hitting the windshield of the police car behind him. Apparently, the driver claimed the wind blew it out of the vehicle, but the cop didn’t believe it and cited the driver for littering. Sgt. Wheeles posted on Twitter, #Ewww
